How does our pricing work?
We know that how much management costs is extremely important. Like everything else, it has a direct impact on your investment. At Landmark, our goal is to build value and improve the quality of your investment—never diminish it. That is why we use our pricing structure to ensure that we always have your best interests in mind.
Our pricing is simple. We only charge a percentage of the rent we bring in. Unlike our competitors, you never pay us anything unless we are bringing in rent. We also never charge set up fees, leasing fees, or anything else like that. Just one competitively low fee.
With everything we do, we want to make sure you know that we are always on your team. Ultimately, we know you are hiring us to make sure the rents keep coming in and at as high of a rate as possible. So, what is our percentage of rent fee?
Usually, it is around 8 percent. However, it depends. Every property is unique. Depending on size, scope, and condition, your actual fee may be 1 percent to 2 percent higher or lower.
