Whether you are trying to enjoy retirement, just starting out in real estate investing, or somewhere in between, Landmark Pointe Management provides property management services to fit your needs. We don't simply manage properties by collecting rents and filling vacancies, we actively look for ways to protect and increase the value of your investment. If you have special needs or considerations, just let us know—we’ll bend over backwards to make sure you are getting the service you need.  ​

Our Services

We service all of Utah and Salt Lake counties. Our bread-and-butter is residential properties, but we also manage commercial properties. Large or small, we’ll do everything we can to make a property succeed.  The following are some of the specific services we offer: 

Leasing

We’ll take care of all of the advertising and screening and approving of tenants. We’ll also handle all of the lease executions, renewals, or cancellations. 

Disbursements

We make sure our client’s money goes where it needs to go quickly and securely. As needed, we’ll disburse money to cover mortgages, utilities, maintenance, legal costs, or other fees.
 

Rents

We’ll collect and negotiate all of the rents and deposits. With us, our tenants are provided virtually every way possible to pay their rent so rents come in more smoothly and on time.  

Statements

We know that a clear and concise understanding of what is going on with an investment is vital.  That is why our  monthly reports are in an easy to ready, easy to understand format that give you all of the information you need.

​Maintenance

We pledge to take care of the property. Routine inspections and improvement suggestions are just things we do. Since most of our maintenance is done in house, we’ll also tend to our clients quite a bit of money.

Ready for Occupancy

Getting a home ready to lease requires careful coordination and attention to detail to ensure a smooth transition and to keep costs low. Luckily, we’re pretty good at that. 

Full-Service Management

If there is a special requirements for  a property, we’ll make sure they are taken care of—that’s what we are here for. Going above and beyond to ensure that a client is getting  what they want out of an investment is what we do.

Service Contracts

We’ll gladly execute any needed contracts for utilities or services for the successful operation, safety, and maintenance of a client’s property.
 

​Eviction Protection

Though rare, evictions can be stressful and costly. For just $5 per month, we’ll take that worry away and cover the cost of an eviction up to $1,250.
